Concrete new or old may show non uniform color, aggregate exposure rate, ghosting and wall lines, existing patching that do not match the floor color, and unlevel floors. Milos Restoration will not provide full refund for floors showing any of the conditions listed above. All customers are eligible to up to 3 touch-up visits within the 30-day warranty period following the completion of the original project. After touch-ups have been exhausted and the project is not to your satisfaction, Milos Restoration can provide a 30% money back from the itemized original cost of your project. This refund policy only applies to customers who have received up to 3 touch-ups visits within the 30-day warranty period after completion of the original project. All refund requests must be requested within 7 days after work has finished on the last touch-up visit. This refund policy does not apply to surfaces damaged by chemicals (i.e., muriatic acid, battery acid, citric acid,stains, dyes, and other chemical with a pH level less than 7) and/or from scratches and normal traffic to the area.
